How it works:
If you call we will take the important information from you at that time.If you use the online form, we will contact you to verify receipt of your request. NOTE: In winter, appointment schedules are weather dependent - if it is too cold the oil thickens and will keep the unit from starting and/or operating correctly, thus preventing us from performing the work that needs to be performed. We will contact you a day or two in advance when it looks like we will be able to perform your service.
You do not have to be home at the time of service - just leave instructions on the location of the equipment and any special instruction on how to access the equipment in the "Message - Instructions" section of the email form below, or let us know on the phone. In case of rain or snow, if your machine is not in a garage, shed. or covered area you may want to protect it from the weather.
If we are not able to fix your equipment on site, we will load it onto our trailer and transport it to and from our repair shop for you at no charge.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
